Assistance Available to Families
Valet Unpack
To assist eligible families with getting their house in order on the day that they are unpacking, a "Valet Unpack" service may be approved.
Families must meet certain criteria to access this service and be a "Recognised Family with Special Needs". The approving authority is DGDCO.
